The Watch: The Laureato Evo3 is a chapter of the Girard-Perregaux story that often gets overlooked when collectors discuss the brand's integrated sport watch lineage. Produced in the early to mid-2000s, the Evo3 was GP's interpretation of the integrated bracelet/strap sport watch in chronograph form, sitting between the original quartz Laureato from 1975 and the modern automatic Laureato that returned in 2016. The Evo3 was bigger, more complicated, and more overtly luxury-sport than its predecessors, which fit the design vocabulary of the era.

Reference 80180-26-212-FK6A is a two-material configuration: a 44mm titanium case with an 18k rose gold bezel, crown, and pushers. The warmth of the gold bezel sits against the cooler grey of the titanium case, with the surfaces treated to alternating polished and brushed finishes. The black dial features a 30-minute chronograph counter at 3, 12-hour counter at 6, small seconds at 9, date at 12, and an additional 24-hour indicator for second-time-zone tracking. Luminescent hands and Arabic numerals across the layout.

Inside is GP's caliber GP033C0, an automatic chronograph movement with 69 jewels running at 28,800 vph with a 46-hour power reserve. The 24-hour indicator adds GMT functionality on top of the standard chronograph. The movement is visible through the skeleton caseback.

The case measures 44mm at 15.2mm thick, and water resistance is 30 meters. This is a luxury chronograph rather than a sport-utility piece. The watch comes on the alligator leather strap with titanium deployant buckle.

Condition: Very good.

Includes: GP travel case. No box, no papers.
