The Watch: The Cartier Santos is many things: Cartier's first wristwatch, the first pilot's watch, an integrated bracelet sports watch both during the first run of the style in the 1970's, and again today, and through it all the design that has stayed remarkably similar for a century.
This is the Santos medium (35mm case) in stainless steel with a green dial. The green is typically quite dark unless under direct light, making for a subtle look. Lumed sword hands, an inner railroad track for minutes, and applied roman numeral hour markers complete the dial.
