The Watch: The TAG Heuer Monaco CBL2115.FC6494 is the Gulf special edition of the Monaco, produced on the 39mm steel case with an in-house automatic chronograph movement. The blue sunray brushed dial carries the Gulf racing stripes across it, with printed TAG Heuer and Gulf logos (for extra speed). Applied indexes and Super-LumiNova filled hands sit above twin registers at 3 and 9 o'clock for the 30-minute and 12-hour counters, with a date aperture at 6 o'clock.
Power comes from the manufacture Calibre TH20-00, an automatic chronograph beating at 28,800 vph with an 80-hour power reserve, visible through the sapphire display caseback. The 39mm square case measures 13.8mm thick in fine-brushed and polished stainless steel, protected by a domed, beveled sapphire crystal and rated to 100 meters. Crown and pushers sit on the right side of the case. Fitted to a perforated blue calfskin strap on a polished steel folding clasp with double safety pushers.
