The Watch: This refined A. Lange & Söhne Cabaret embodies the Saxon manufacture's dedication to elegance and precision. The distinctive rectangular platinum case measures approximately 29.5mm x 41.5mm, a sophisticated alternative to Lange's traditional round watches. The silver dial features applied Roman numerals and geometric indices, a grande date at 12, and subsidiary seconds at 6 o'clock, exemplifying Lange's restrained aesthetic. Powered by the hand-wound manufacture caliber L931.4, the movement showcases the brand's exceptional finishing through the sapphire case back, including the hand-engraved balance cock, Glashütte stripes, and blued screws. The Cabaret perfectly demonstrates A. Lange & Söhne's ability to blend Art Deco-inspired design with the upper-echelons of German watchmaking excellence. Fitted with a black leather strap and platinum deployant clasp.
This line ran from 1997-2012, making this example likely from the mid-2000's.
Condition: Excellent condition throughout. The case retains its original finishing with minimal signs of wear. Crystal is scratch-free, dial is pristine, and the movement is functioning well. This example received a full service by A. Lange & Söhne in April, 2025.
Includes: Original A. Lange & Söhne presentation box, Certificate of Authenticity from Lange.
