The Watch: The Glashütte Original PanoMaticLunar 1-90-02-42-32-61 represents the pinnacle of German watchmaking artistry. The graceful face of the PanoMaticLunar is crafted in some 40 separate work steps by genuine masters of their trade. Chrono24 This iconic timepiece showcases Glashütte Original's mastery of asymmetric dial design, inspired by the Golden Ratio—the "divine proportion"—creating a harmonious balance that's both functional and aesthetically captivating.

The galvanic silver dial features applied silver indexes and blued hands. Chrono24 The auxiliary dials for the hour, minute and small second are decorated with a concentric finish. The true star is the exquisite moon phase display at 2-3 o'clock. The moon disc of this splendid moon phase display is also crafted in-house. First, two moons are carefully cut out using a small milling tool, which gives them their domed shape. Next, their surfaces are polished with a diamond-tipped tool, which lends them a unique brilliance. The deep blue of the star-studded night sky, on the other hand, is the result of an elaborate galvanization process.

Powered by Glashütte Original caliber 90-02, which beats at 28,800 vph (4Hz), contains 47 jewels & has a power reserve of +/- 42 hours. The sapphire exhibition caseback reveals the stunning manufacture movement with its signature three-quarter plate and rotor, hand-engraved balance bridge, and the distinctive duplex swan-neck fine regulator. The case measures 40mm diameter x 12.70mm height and offers 50 meters of water resistance.
