The 38.5mm 18k rose gold case is classically proportioned, featuring Patek’s refined lugs and a polished bezel. The dial is a two-tone silvered sector layout with applied gold markers, a railroad-style minutes track, dauphine hands, and neatly arranged calendar apertures for the day, month, and date. A moonphase display with 24-hour indication completes the balanced design.
Inside is the Caliber 324 S QA LU 24H, an automatic annual calendar movement with a 21k gold rotor and Geneva Seal finishing. The movement automatically accounts for months with 30 or 31 days, requiring only a single adjustment once per year in February.
