The Watch: The 116610LV is the watch that became the "Hulk." Produced from 2010 through 2020, it was the first Submariner to pair a green Cerachrom ceramic bezel insert with a green sunburst dial. The previous green Sub (the 16610LV "Kermit") had a green bezel over a black dial; the Hulk went all-in on green across both surfaces. Since its discontinuation in favor of the 126610LV (which reverted to a black dial with green bezel), secondary market prices have reflected just how much collectors preferred the full green configuration.
The case is 40mm in Oystersteel with Rolex's caliber 3135 inside: 28,800 vph, 48-hour power reserve, Parachrom hairspring, COSC certified. The Glidelock extension system on the Oyster bracelet allows fine adjustments without tools.
This example is in very good condition. There is a small dent on the caseback, visible in photos. The bracelet has 10 links and fits a wrist up to 7.75".
